The agreement between you and Fig Tree Labs LLC for using Mindtote.
What this is
Mindtote is a personal to-do app. It shows one day at a time, with your own calendar alongside your list. Using it requires a subscription, which begins with a 14-day free trial.
Subscriptions
Mindtote begins with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes a yearly subscription billed through your Apple account, and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before each period ends. You manage and cancel it in the App Store, not here — we cannot cancel it for you. Prices are shown before you start and may change with notice.
Your account
Signing in with Apple or Google identifies you and nothing more. No password is stored, and you can delete the account from Settings at any time.
What we ask of you
Use the app for your own tasks and your own calendar. Do not try to break it, resell it, or use it to process other people’s information without their knowledge.
What it does not promise
Mindtote reads dates and requests out of ordinary language, and it will sometimes be wrong. It is an assistant, not a guarantee. Do not rely on it alone for anything with legal, medical, or financial consequences.
Ending it
You can stop using Mindtote whenever you like and delete the app, which removes the tasks held on your device. We may end access if the terms are broken.
